Tournament registration collects your display name, Discord handle, optional player tag, country or region, timezone, competitive rank, rating when required, tournament selection, and submitted PokéPaste team.
Privacy & tournament data
Pokémon Champions Discord is an independent, fan-made community tournament platform. This page explains what the website collects, what becomes public, and what remains restricted to authorized staff.

After staff approval, your display name, optional player tag, country or region, timezone, rank, rating, seed, tournament results, and EV-free team sheet may appear on tournament, player, bracket, standings, and Hall of Fame pages.
Staff-only information
Your Discord handle, full submitted team, EV spreads, and original PokéPaste data remain available only to authorized tournament staff for coordination and legality review. Staff account details, workflow notes, and internal identifiers are not included in public API responses.
Retention
Registration and tournament records are retained for tournament operations, dispute resolution, results history, and the Hall of Fame. Staff can remove or correct records when appropriate.
Security
Registration is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limits. Staff access uses site-specific accounts and server-side sessions. Never submit a Discord, Google, Nintendo, or Pokémon Trainer Club password to this website.
Your choices
Before approval, contact tournament staff if you need to correct or withdraw an entry. You can also ask staff to explain, update, or remove personal tournament information when operational and historical requirements allow.
